The Pakatan Rakyat state government will set up community service centres at all 28 state constituencies held by Barisan Nasional to complement the 31 they have set up in seats held by PR. "It is our aim to provide services to all the rakyat, irrespective of whether they are in BN constituencies or PR-held seats," state Education, Local Government, Housing and Public Transport Committee chairman Nga Kor Ming said. The new centres are to begin operations by the year-end.
