In the case between former Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin and his successor Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir, Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim said here today that the court would make the decision due to the urgency of the matter.
On Feb 13, Nizar had filed an application seeking a declaration that he is the rightful Mentri Besar, and an injunction to bar Dr Zambry from discharging his duties as MB.
