
"The state will be proactive and would like to see the education sector achieve greater heights," he said in his speech at Perak Institute of Technology's fifth convocation here yesterday.
Also present were the institute's chairman Raja Datuk Seri Eleena Sultan Azlan Shah, managing director Datuk Seri Ismail Farouk Abdullah and Perak Higher Education, Science, Technology and Communication Committee chairman Thomas Su Keong Seong.
A total of 274 graduates received their certificates and diplomas.
