RESIDENTS in Taiping, Perak, have been urged to open their hearts and their wallets to help earthquake victims in Sichuan Province, China.
Pokok Assam assemblyman Yee Seu Kai said people can donate at all DAP-run service centres.
He urged associations and guilds to initiate their own donation drives to help the victims.
